Hey everyone, hope everyone is having a great week so far - I know the Americans are. It's hard to not mention something about the Elections happening in the states as Senator Barack Obama gets elected President of the United States of America in a triumphant victory over Republican Senator John McCain. I was personally moved by all that was going on and it donned on me that Obama is from Chicago which many people who love house around the world sometimes forget that that is the birthplace of house. To the die-hards, some of the best house infact came from Chicago and that much of the music that is now called "Classic House" is deeply-rooted in much of the best house songs today. Having said that, I've prepared a special Episode of the DU8SHOW today with a great line-up of some of the greatest Classic House that will sure to bring back a lot of memories for some of the old house guys. If Obama hears this, he himself will probably remember the time that house was in it's heyday. This one's for you, congrats!
